Frequently asked questions

How do I hand over a claim?
If you want to hand over a claim for the first time, then it is wise to first contact us for consultation. We can then determine with you whether collection makes any sense at all and whether you have correctly put the debtor in question in default We can then also indicate what information you need to supply in order to start up a collection procedure.
What time is best for handing over a claim?
If your invoice is not paid after the due date and your customer has not sufficiently responded to your reminders, the time has come when you can hand over your claim for collection. Normally, this happens between 2 and 2.5 months after the invoice date.
How long does an average debt collection trajectory take?
The duration of a debt collection process depends on many factors. Does it concern a B2B or B2C claim, what is the amount of the amount to claim and/or is the indebtedness contested. Can a case be settled amicably or must legal proceedings be initiated?
What is true is that we do everything we can to achieve a result as soon as possible, after all, that is in your and our interest.
