Collection Officer (full-time/part-time)

For our collection team we are looking for a new colleague to join our team.

Job Description

In de basis zorg je er op een correcte manier voor dat niet-betalende klanten van onze opdrachtgevers hun facturen betalen. In deze functie heb je dan ook veel contact met debiteuren, zowel per telefoon, per e-mail als per post. You will also have contact with our clients and (debt relief) agencies. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the team’s results and the client’s satisfaction.

Profile

You possess MBO+ working and thinking level and have good communication and social skills. You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and accurate. It is important that you have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing, so you can correspond flawlessly. Experience with Credit Navigator is a plus.
