The Debt Collection Quality Mark of the Dutch Association of Debt Collection Agencies is an initiative of the Dutch Association of Debt Collection Agencies (NVI).

• For clients the Quality Mark means that the collection activities are outsourced to a reliable partner, for which high standards are required.

• For debtors the Quality Mark provides the guarantee for a correct approach, realistic charging of collection costs and an independent dispute regulation.

Plaggemars Incasso is committed to reliability and quality and wants to convey that by conforming to the criteria of the Debt Collection Quality Mark (Incasso Keurmerk). These criteria sets out rules and standards to which Plaggemars Incasso complies and which is overseen by the independent Certification Institute in Zoetermeer. Date of the last issued quality mark certificate is 15 December 2021.

The Dutch Association of Debt Collection Agencies was established in 1989 at the initiative of a number of debt collection agencies in the Netherlands and has the purpose to achieve a responsible operation of debt collection companies in the social system, by maintaining strict quality requirements for affiliated debt collection agencies.
