This listing is for a Head gasket set, (8) Roller Lifters, (8) AFM DOD Lifters, Camshaft and cylinder head bolts compatible replacements for 2005 - 2011 GM Chevrolet 5.3 engines Active fuel management engines only. Vins 0, 3, J or M with cylinder deactivation or (AFM). Vin refers to the 8th character in the vehicles ID number in dash. If your 5.3L is one of these, this is the correct kit. This is for the Single bolt camshaft. 5.3L have either a 3 Bolt cam gear or a single bolt cam gear.This is a single bolt cam. An Updated VLOM 12571609 from GM must be installed with new lifter to prevent future failures. Kit includes Mahle Head gasket set including Front timing cover gaskets and (2) Head Bolt sets. Melling Camshaft and (8) Elgin Roller Lifters and (8) Elgin AFM lifters. Part HS-54442-KIT+MC-1394+JV5022. NOTE: Ordering this item will require a signature confirmation upon delivery.
