It's fleece-lined and very warm.
If you're doing Pilates, it's a good idea to wear a T-shirt underneath so you can take it off.
I usually wear a Japanese size 9 (M size).
My Lululemon tops are size 6.
The neckline, sleeves, and hem are a bit worn due to the material.
I haven't worn it more than 10 times because it's too warm, but the material tends to wrinkle, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
