If it concerns a claim on a natural person, it is of importance that an Extrajudicial Collection Costs (Standards) Act letter is dispatched, which sets out the right criteria to be able to successfully be eligible to reimbursement of the extrajudicial collection costs with a follow-up procedure.<\/p>\n
